Alex Hobden

Head of Second Year

For over 10 years Alex has been working in creative media production and education, having worked as a lecturer in Film and TV production and Cultural Theory at both Brighton and Chichester universities.

Alongside this, he is a freelance filmmaker working on creative projects for local charities and organisations. Most recently, Alex has been involved in an exciting project to create interactive video content for Brighton and Hove’s Booth Museum, which holds one of the largest collections of Victorian taxidermy in the country. Alex also runs a small company making bespoke Contact Microphones and Hydrophones for professional Natural History sound recording.
