Taylor Glenn is an award-winning American writer and comedian, now based in London.

She is currently best known as one of the DRUNK WOMEN SOLVING CRIME, co-hosting the hit podcast that has had over a million hits since launching last year. Taylor’s original feature RUN DEER RUN is in development, with director Andrew Sullivan (BOKEH) attached.

On the TV side, she is currently writing original drama series PAINLESS for producer Gina Lyons, and sitcom FAMILY THERAPY with her fellow ‘drunk women’ Catie Wilkins and Hannah George, for Expectation Entertainment.

Taylor has contributed to The Guardian and has appeared on and presented various BBC radio programmes including Woman’s Hour, the Digital Human, James May’s Headsqueeze, Scotland on the Couch, Comedy Regressions, What’s the Story, The Comedy Interviews, Podcast Radio Hour and the forthcoming sketch series Welcome Strangers, as well sketches for Comic Relief. She has also written for The Daily Mash, The Guardian, Huffington Post and Sarah Millican’s Standard Issue.

A former New York psychotherapist, Taylor studied and performed improv and sketch comedy at Gotham City Improv before relocating to the UK. After winning the Welsh Unsigned Stand-Up comedy award in 2010, she went on to perform all over the UK and internationally – including two solo stand up shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the most recent of which A Billion Days of Parenthood received 4 and 5 star reviews and was featured on several programmes.
