At Screen and Film School Brighton, we’re dedicated to giving you the skills, experience, contacts and confidence to let you thrive in the British screen and film industries. We have unique access to film, TV, games and digital marketing companies throughout Brighton, the South Coast and London. Our aim is to find opportunities to give our students an understanding of how these industries works, what there is out there for them and initiate tailored work placements.
We have built up a network of partners that will offer you a 2-4 week work placement in your 2nd year, which will enable you to gain vital professional experience and make valuable industry contacts needed to help launch your career pathway. There is a wide selection of placement opportunities to choose from and you will have the very real chance of converting that experience into a production internship after graduation if production demands allow.

Deep Sky Games is a democratically-run, worker-owned cooperative game studio in Berlin, starting production on their debut unannounced title. Besides their own work, Deep Sky also provides game development and creative services to external clients, with a special focus on VR/XR. As a company, Deep Sky Games is committed to proving that creativity flourishes when the humans that work to realise a vision together are healthy and happy. Happy people make amazing things.
iCrossing is a digital marketing agency owned by Hearst Corporation. The agency has 900 employees across 17 offices worldwide, with U.S. offices in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Scottsdale, Dallas and Reston.
Electric Square are a game development studio founded by industry veterans Jon Gibson and Tony Beckwith. Based in Brighton, Electric Square sparked into life as sister studio to the renowned Studio Gobo, which won a gamesindustry.biz 'Best places to work in the UK'.
