A-Level results day has finally arrived, and we’re here to say that at Screen and Film School, if you’ve got a vision, it’s your time to make a scene!
On behalf of everyone at the Film School, we hope you woke up to good news this morning. The all-important decisions about your future may still hang in the balance. Once you’ve consulted UCAS, some of you may opt to apply for a university course through Clearing.

Official 2021 BFI statistics revealed a record £5.64 billion film and high-end TV production spend in the UK. What’s more, ScreenSkills have reported that by 2025 film and high-end television production in the UK will be worth £7.7bn per year and a further 21,000 new crew members will be required to meet that demand. Assessed mainly on your practical skills
Our wide-ranging degree courses are all around 70% practical and 30% theory-based. They all have practical elements embedded into the delivery and the opportunity to work on real-life briefs and projects. You will spend more time on set and in the throes of creativity than you will in the classroom.
Industry-standard equipment and facilities
Screen and Film School has the very best in industry-standard, high-end kit such as modern LED-light fixtures, and the Arri Alexa. At the heart of the Film Schools are fully customisable, production-standard sets with lighting rigs and flats. The sets are flexible spaces that can be dressed and adapted to the requirements of each shoot. We also have bespoke facilities and equipment for hair and make-up, and production design.
